W. David Corrick
Senior Counsel
Mr. Corrick has litigated cases in state and federal courts on behalf of both plaintiffs and defendants in diverse areas of law including medical malpractice, legal malpractice, attorney discipline, elder abuse, breach of contract, premises liability, products liability, and civil rights. He has also successfully represented clients in a number of appellate court cases.
Mr. Corrick has represented a number of high profile entities in the greater Sacramento area including Sutter Health, Catholic Healthcare West, Cooperative of American Physicians, Eskaton, and The Regents of the University of California. As a deputy attorney general in the Health Quality Enforcement division, Mr. Corrick represented the Medical Board of California, the Osteopathic Medical Board of California, the Physician Assistant Board, and the California Board of Psychology in administrative matters involving professional licensing discipline.
Mr. Corrick is a member of the California Psychological Association, California Academy of Attorneys for Health Care Professionals, Interfaith Council of Greater Sacramento, and California Society for Healthcare Attorneys.
